Here is a very easy way to reduce your sitting time and maximise your stretching and rolling time. Instead of sitting on the sofa while you watch TV or talk to your friends and family – sit on the floor and do a bit of stretching and rolling.

The first couple of days will feel a bit weird, but I guarantee you will feel so much better afterwards that this will become a new habit that you actually enjoy.
