This webinar is part of our Ultra-Trail Kosci training plan.
A lot of people have completed our 12-week base training block, which has now lead into the 16-week race training block. This 16 week plan includes a harder mid-week session like stair reps, hill reps or updown reps, it also includes longer and harder long runs.
The purpose of the webinar is to explain how and why the plan is broken into 4 blocks of 4-weeks, and also to answer any queries related to the training plan, including questions on managing injuries and niggles, how to juggle training with other life commitments, what to do about cramp, should you use poles, are ice baths and saunas useful . . . and a whole bunch more.
